Skills Ontario Skilled Trade Camps
Skills Ontario summer camp offers camps in the skilled trades for girls and boys entering grades 7-9. They run Monday-Friday from 9 am – 4 pm and are one week in length.
Kids can learn so many great skills like communication, teamwork, and of course, problem-solving which is key to successful trade careers! Camps are taught by a combination of counselors and industry professionals and even college professionals so your child will get some great insight to possible trade career opportunities.
Some of the trades they will be able to take part in include:
- Automotive
- Construction
- Industrial
- Service
- Technology
The learning will come from a mix of hands-on activities, games, and possible tours.
Virtual workshops are also available!
