4:13 Strong offers an intensive 6-8 month residential program for men ages 18-30. It is a faith-based program that provides professional and personal life skills. It is a no-fee program that is funded by donors from the local community. Potential candidates undergo tryouts to see if they can qualify.

Students can earn three types of construction certificates.

  • NCCER Core
  • OSHA 10
  • Aerial Lift (Scissor and Boom)

After completion of the program students will receive assistance in finding a job.
